Home buying and selling is personal and Kendra Baldwin Pack works hard to help her clients navigate the real estate journey with a comprehensive and strategic plan of attack - The Pack Attack!
Having significant experience with customer service and project management, she transfers these skill sets to the home buying and selling processes to help ensure a smooth and streamlined transaction. This includes an educational approach with guidance along each step of the way to help you as the buyer or seller become more informed to make the best decisions. She has experience working with a variety of audiences, which is key when it comes to negotiating on your behalf. She is organized and resourceful and has developed a network of key relationships (e.g. real estate attorneys, inspectors, mortgage lenders, other realtors, etc.) to help ensure a timely and positive experience.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Kendra received a Masters degree in Education Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay (formerly known as Hayward). She then went on to pursue a career in higher education administration, where she spent 12 years managing various initiatives and human resources related activities for faculty. The communication, project management and customer service skills she refined in her previous career seamlessly transition into skills necessary to exceed client expectations time and time again.
Kendra currently lives in the Portage Park neighborhood with her family after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area, 10 years ago. She is a full-time, licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and proud member of the Ian Schwartz/Michael Shin Group.
